This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of donations and services.

Donations are generally non-refundable. All donations made to DHARAM DHAM TRUST are considered voluntary contributions towards the noble cause of constructing Yamraj Dham Temple and are typically final.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical errors resulting in duplicate payments
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
• Payment processing errors by our payment gateway
• Donations made by minors without parental consent
• Donations made under fraudulent circumstances

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the donation
2. Provide your donation receipt and transaction details
3. Explain the reason for the refund request
4. Submit supporting documentation if applicable
5. Wait for our review and response (5-10 business days)

If your refund request is approved:

• Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
• Net Banking: 3-7 business days
• UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
• Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days

*Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after making a donation
• Donations made more than 7 days ago
• Donations made with full knowledge and consent
• Donations for specific temple events or ceremonies
• Donations where tax receipts have been issued and claimed

Once a donation transaction is completed successfully, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a refund following the process outlined above if you meet the eligible criteria.

For recurring donations, you can cancel future donations by contacting us, but past donations cannot be cancelled.
